Brings together Voluntary, Government and Professional Organizations in Eastern Washington and North Idaho to foster more effective service to people affected by disasters.  

 

 

 

Personal Preparedness Coalition
Providing presentations on personal preparedness to groups or information at events. We also have many volunteer opportunities for those wanting to get involved in their community.

 

Access and Functional Needs Coalition
Assisting Access and Functional Needs Populations to prepare for, respond and recover from disaster situations.

 

Citizen Corps
Comprised of five programs involving volunteers to provide hometown security and response to disasters.
